Our D.A.N.C.E.R.C.I.S.E class is an informal adults beginners class mixing dance with aerobics! Each week is a brand new routine & the class works a drop in system which means anyone over 16 is welcome. Socialise & have fun whilst dancing yourself fit. No dance experience needed & legwarmers are down to personal choice!!
